LSG Group and LSG Sky Chefs appoint new Heads of Operations for the Americas

LSG Group and LSG Sky Chefs have announced changes to their Operations team in the Americas region. LSG Group said via LinkedIn that beginning the week of February 26, Nicole Traer (West) and Beth Baas (East) will take on the roles of Head of Operations, respectively. Traer and Baas will report directly to the Americas COO, David Dennis.
“Both will work to further elevate the company’s competitiveness in local markets by crafting optimal solutions for our customers,” the LSG Group said.
Simon Frischemeier will strengthen the operations team for the US market as the Head of Global Operations Excellence and Sustainability.
