Kaelis appoints Renival Oliveira as CEO as Federico Heitz transitions to Executive Chairman

Kaelis announced today the appointment of Renival Oliveira as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective today, November 6.
Oliveira has been with the Kaelis team since 2016. In new role, he will lead the company's strategic vision, growth initiatives and operational excellence.
“Oliveira brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new position, having served with Kaelis for nearly a decade in various leadership roles within the aviation and travel industry. Federico Heitz, Founder and previous CEO of Kaelis, is transitioning to the role of Executive Chairman. In this capacity, Heitz will continue to play a pivotal role in guiding Kaelis' strategic direction and working closely with the executive team to ensure a seamless leadership transition.
