Mallaghan and SkyChefs celebrate 15-year partnership
Mallaghan’s catering-truck fleet for SkyChefs includes the electric eCT6000, which helped make SkyChefs the first North American catering company to operate an electric catering truck
Mallaghan is celebrating 15 years of partnership with SkyChefs as the caterer rolls out its refreshed brand identity across North America and other markets.
Since 2011, Mallaghan has supplied more than 250 catering trucks to SkyChefs. The total is expected to surpass 300 by the end of 2026. SkyChefs was Mallaghan’s launch customer in the U.S. market, helping establish the ground support equipment manufacturer’s presence in the country.

The SkyChefs fleet includes Mallaghan’s CT2000, CT4000, CT6000 and CT8000 models, as well as the eCT6000 electric catering truck. The eCT6000 made SkyChefs the first North American catering company to use an electric catering truck.
