The Dubai-based cold-pressed juice brand essentially has partnered with Bustanica, Emirates Flight Catering's indoor vertical farm, to redefine sustainable nutrition.
The partnership will see the two brands transform surplus harvests into two nutrient-packed juices: “Forever Green” and “Heart Beet.”
The leftover pulp from juicing is blended with superfoods like pumpkin seeds and chia seeds to create the “Heart Beet Crackers” which are a crunchy, nutritious snack.
“This collaboration perfectly embodies our commitment to sustainability, zero waste and excellence in nutrition and quality,” Shahreyar Nawabi, CEO, Emirates Flight Catering, said via LinkedIn. “The cherry on top? Partnering with a homegrown Dubai brand to bring food innovation ever closer to home and furthering our broader food resilience objectives. What could be better than that?”
Nawabi also thanked the team at Bustanica for making the vision come to life.
