Linstol acquires MNH Sustainable Cabin Services
MNH Sustainable Cabin Services (MNH) announced it has been acquired by Linstol. "MNH has found the perfect partner to provide long-term security for their team, enable further growth and continue to innovate in the Inflight Passenger Comfort space," MNH said in a September 4 press release.
The strategic partnership between the two companies started more than 15 years ago. With the acquisition, the senior management team will maintain its equity position in MNH and continue to lead and manage the business.
