By Stephanie Philp

deSter has joined the United Nations Global Compact initiative — coming together voluntarily with thousands of other companies worldwide that are committing to take responsible business actions to create a better world. The leadership platform focuses on the development, implementation and disclosure of responsible business practices.

"Joining the United Nations Global Compact is a significant milestone for deSter and reinforces our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices,” said Stef Van de Perre, President & Managing Director of deSter in a February 14 release. “By aligning with the UN's ten principles, we are not only doing our part to create a better world, but also positioning ourselves as a leader in our industry. We are thrilled to be part of this esteemed network and look forward to continuing our journey towards a more sustainable future."
