airBaltic rolls out in-seat food and beverage ordering

Passengers on Starlink-equipped aircraft can order through the airline’s Skynet portal for delivery to their seats
airBaltic has begun rolling out in-seat ordering through its Skynet onboard portal, allowing passengers to browse the airCafe menu, pay on mobile devices and have food and beverages delivered by cabin crew.
The service is being introduced gradually, beginning with short- and medium-haul flights on Starlink-equipped aircraft.
Passengers can access ordering through the Skynet home page after connecting to the onboard internet, through the airBaltic app or by scanning a QR code in Baltic Outlook magazine.
The platform displays product availability and prices in real time, along with special offers and discounts on fresh food. Passengers can adjust baskets before confirming purchases and track orders through to delivery.
Payment options include Apple Pay, Google Pay, payment cards and bank links, with digital receipts sent by email. airBaltic Club members can earn points on eligible purchases and receive a 10 percent discount on hot and soft drinks.
Launched at the end of March 2026, Skynet also provides flight information, live flight tracking, destination details and onboard offers. Its airMall shopping platform allows passengers to earn one airBaltic Club point per euro spent, while partner offers cover accommodation, car rentals and local activities.
