Air Algérie inaugurates catering production center
The new facility supports Air Algérie’s plans to modernise inflight catering and meet growing air transport demand
Air Algérie has inaugurated a new production center for its catering division, marking a significant investment in the modernization of its inflight food service operations.
Covering 14,250 square meters, the Air Taste Factory facility has the capacity to produce up to 40,000 meals per day. It is intended to expand production capability while raising service quality in line with international standards.
The center will support the continued growth of Algeria’s air transport sector and strengthen Air Algérie’s operational performance as the carrier develops its network and passenger services.
