Air France continues its partnership with renowned mixologist Matthias Giroud

This summer, Air France is raising a glass to French savoir-faire with a cocktail menu available across all long-haul flights. Whether passengers are flying La Première, Business, Premium or Economy, there is now a taste of France waiting at 35,000 feet.

The airline is continuing its partnership with renowned mixologist Matthias Giroud, who has crafted two exclusive cocktails using premium, 100 percent French ingredients resulting in a delicious celebration of French mixology, tradition and creativity.

For Business travelers, Air France introduces Quintessence, a signature cocktail inspired by the classic Boulevardier, a French favorite dating back to the 1920s. It blends French cognac, red vermouth, an Alpine bitter liqueur and a hint of fig for a smooth, balanced drink with rich and refreshing flavors.

In Premium and Economy, passengers can enjoy L'Instant Cassis, a refreshing twist on the classic Kir Cassis. Made with Chardonnay, Burgundy blackcurrant liqueur and a hint of elderflower. It offers a light, fruity and floral flavor. Available July 1, excluding Caribbean and Indian Ocean routes.
