Through new partnerships with Kent Hospitality Group and Four Clovers Hospitality Group, Mint passengers will enjoy fresh menus inspired by some of the city's most popular restaurants
JetBlue is updating its Mint experience with a new inflight food program that brings New York City dining influences onboard.
The airline has partnered with Kent Hospitality Group and Four Clovers Hospitality Group to develop menus inspired by Crown Shy and Birdee. The new offering with launch July 31 on domestic and transatlantic Mint flights.
The refreshed menus draw on signature dishes from the two restaurants, with breakfast options influenced
by Birdee's bacon, egg and cheese, and lunch and dinner items reflecting Crown Shy favorites such as citrus-marinated chicken and pork katsu. The menus are designed specifically for the inflight environment, with a focus on flavors that hold up at altitude.
"Mint has always been about redefining what customers can expect from premium travel," said Stephanie Evans Greene, JetBlue's Senior Vice President of Marketing and Brand.
For Kelly Kent, Partner at Kent Hospitality Group, the collaboration feels like a natural fit.
"New York has always been a city shaped by movement, culture and great hospitality," she said. "As a hospitality group born and built here, we are excited to partner with JetBlue, New York's hometown airline, to bring a taste of the city's dining scene to travelers around the world."
