Air France elevates Premium cabin dining experience

Air France is enhancing the culinary experience in its Premium cabin with a refreshed second meal service and expanded onboard dining options.
The airline said the updated offer is designed to better meet passenger expectations while reinforcing the exclusive nature of the Premium travel experience.
On flights lasting more than seven hours, the second meal served before landing has been fully revised, replacing the previous “Bon Appétit” bag. The service is now presented on a dedicated tray and tailored to the flight schedule.
On overnight flights, passengers receive a continental breakfast on arrival, with a pastry, fromage frais and granola. Warm bread is served on flights longer than 10 hours. On daytime flights, passengers receive a snack with a selection of club sandwiches, including a vegetarian option. Flights longer than 10 hours also include a mixed salad with warm bread.

Air France said passengers in the Premium cabin continue to receive a full “French-style” meal, with savory biscuits, a starter, two hot main dish options, cheese and dessert. The meal is served on eco-designed tableware with stainless steel cutlery.
For main courses, Air France has worked with French chef Frédéric Simonin, who runs a Michelin-starred restaurant and holds the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Simonin created two à la carte dishes that are regularly updated, including a vegetarian option.
The airline said Simonin worked with Servair to prioritize fresh, local and seasonal produce. The dishes use meat, poultry, dairy and eggs that are 100 percent French, while fish comes from sustainable or French fisheries.
The dishes are available on flights departing from Paris, Pointe-à-Pitre, Fort-de-France, Cayenne, Saint-Denis de La Réunion, and all Air France stations in the United States and Canada.
Air France is also offering desserts such as a vanilla choux bun, Paris-Brest and chocolate fondant. On daytime flights from Paris lasting more than 10 hours, passengers can enjoy ice cream between meals.
The Premium cabin is available across Air France’s long-haul network. Its latest recliner seat is now installed on more than 80 percent of the airline’s fleet, with a seatback reclining up to 124 degrees, more legroom and an adjustable footrest.
Premium passengers also receive SkyPriority airport services, including dedicated check-in and baggage drop-off counters, faster access through security and passport control, priority boarding and priority baggage delivery.
