ACA appoints Léa Bodossian as Managing Director

The Airline Catering Association (ACA) has appointed Léa Bodossian as its new Managing Director, effective immediately, as the organization looks to strengthen its position within the global inflight catering sector.
Bodossian brings more than 20 years of experience in European affairs and aviation, having worked closely with regulators, public authorities and industry stakeholders. She has also led several pan-European organizations, building expertise in governance, advocacy and stakeholder engagement.
In her new role, Bodossian will lead ACA’s next phase of development, focusing on reinforcing its role as a leading voice for the airline catering industry and deepening engagement across the aviation catering ecosystem.
“Léa brings a clear strategic vision combined with a pragmatic approach. Her experience will be instrumental in further reinforcing ACA’s role and supporting our members in a rapidly evolving environment,” said Anne-Laure Perrin, Chair, ACA.
Bodossian said she plans to build on the association’s existing foundation while strengthening collaboration across the sector.
“I am honored to join ACA and to build on the foundations established in recent years. I look forward to working closely with our members and partners to ensure that the realities of the sector are clearly understood and effectively represented,” she said.
She succeeds Fabio Gamba, who has led ACA since 2018. During his tenure, Gamba guided the association through the COVID-19 crisis, supported its recovery and expanded its membership to represent more than 70 percent of the global inflight catering industry.
ACA said the leadership transition comes at a time when the inflight catering sector continues to evolve, with increasing focus on sustainability, operational efficiency and passenger experience.
