Airline Catering Association introduces the ACA Corner in partnership with PAX International

By PAX International Staff

The ACA Corner, in partnership with PAX International, is a monthly column dedicated to voicing expertise directly from its members

The Airline Catering Association (ACA) is introducing the ACA Corner in partnership with Official Media Partner PAX International, a monthly column dedicated to voicing expertise directly from its members. Each column will feature the voice of a caterer and supplier.

ACA represents more than 65 percent of the worldwide airline catering market.

“Our mission is to support and unite caterers, suppliers and partners, while giving the sector a strong voice in aviation,” says Fabio Gamba, Managing Director at ACA. “ACA is also a key platform for providers to connect, showcase their expertise and engage with the industry. None of this would be possible without our members—the true experts of our sector. The ACA Corner is their voice,” he says.

“We are pleased to partner with ACA to introduce this column where industry players can highlight their expertise. We look forward to sharing these stories with our readership,” says Jane Hobson, Managing Editor at PAX International.

The first ACA Corner will be published October 7.

ACA invites all members to share their views in future editions of the ACA Corner by contacting Mercedes Dieguez.

PAX International becomes Official Media Partner for 2026 ACA Leadership Symposium
PAX International is proud to announce that it has been named the Official Media Partner of the ACA Leadership Symposium 2026, taking place in Toulouse, France from February 18 to 20. Toulouse is home to Newrest’s headquarters, where CEO Jonathan Stent-Torriani also serves as President of the ACA.

The prestigious event, now in its second edition, will gather top-level executives from across the airline catering supply chain in the vibrant Pink City for three days of strategic dialogue, collaboration and insight-sharing. Building on the success of its inaugural edition in Amsterdam this year, the ACA Leadership Symposium is set to become a cornerstone event for the inflight catering industry.

“After a fantastic debut in Amsterdam, we are thrilled to bring the second ACA Leadership Symposium to Toulouse—an iconic city at the heart of European aviation,” Gamba tells PAX. “PAX International is the go-to source for news and developments in our sector, and we are delighted to partner with its team again to amplify the conversations and innovations taking place at this important gathering.”

Registration for the ACA Leadership Symposium 2026 is now open. Industry stakeholders are encouraged to secure their spot and join the conversation shaping the future of inflight food and beverage.
