Cuisine Solutions samples sous vide success at WTCE

Cuisine Solutions brought its sous vide expertise to WTCE in Hamburg, Germany, last week. Exhibiting at Booth 1E51 at the Hamburg Messe, the lively display of culinary excellence and variety of samples attracted a crowd of visitors over the course of the expo.

Visitor favourites included the Biscotti Coconut Chia Oatmeal, Pastrami Slider, Pina Colada Chia Pudding and Moroccan Salmon Salad. Among the other tasting highlights Cuisine Solutions brought to the table at this year’s WTCE were:

  • Sous Vide Stuffed Salmon with Vegetable Ratatouille, shaved Roasted Broccoli and Lobster Sauce

  • New Sous Vide Grab + Go Biscuits (Chicken Pot Pie and Sausage and Gravy)

  • Thai Curry Bowl featuring our Grass-Fed Sliced Beef Sirloin, glass noodles and Thai-made Massaman Curry
