LSG Sky Chefs is making investments to enhance its performance, reliability and innovation. At the forefront of these efforts is a major US$60 million investment in a new fleet of 230 advanced catering trucks. This strategic investment is a significant step forward in the caterer’s ongoing efforts to modernize its operations, improve service delivery and set new standards for quality, efficiency and operational excellence.
The fleet introduces a range of key innovations designed to enhance safety, reliability and performance across operations. Highlights of the fleet include Intelligent Truck Camera Systems for real-time monitoring and improved operational oversight; Anti-Collision Systems to prioritize driver and cargo safety in dynamic environments; and streamlined Rear-Truck Entry Designs to enable faster, more efficient loading and unloading.

The company received the first delivery of its trucks in February and expects to complete the rollout of the new fleet by the end of its third quarter 2025. More than half of the company’s locations in the United States will receive the new trucks.
