Qatar Airways debuts Business Class menu from Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa

Qatar Airways will serve up creations from Michelin-star Chef, Yoshihiro Narisawa, on the NAISAWA Business Class menu. This menu will be available for passengers on flights from Tokyo to Doha. Narisawa’s culinary philosophy of “Innovative Satoyama Cuisine” informs the selection of dishes and pays homage to a connection between nature, food and people.
Dishes on the menu include nature-inspired options like Gion Festival, Temari soup and Lobster with vanilla and tomato. There will also be a Chirashi sushi appetizer and Wagyu beef main dish available inflight. The dessert menu includes Melon Cream Soda, a refreshing an unique culinary experience.
"I am very excited to embark on this journey with Qatar Airways," Narisawa said in an introductory video from the airline. "We strive to create harmony in every bite, drawing inspiration from nature to bring joy to the Qatar Airways Business Class dining experience."
