Bangkok Air Catering celebrates 20th anniversary

Saturday, February 17 marked the 20th Anniversary of Bangkok Air Catering (BAC) and its affiliated operations.
In the 20 years of its life, BAC has dominated the airline catering scene at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) with its award-winning service.
Serving approximately 29 airlines currently, BAC began with its owner airline only and under the stewardship of Managing Director Linus Knobel and his team, quickly established itself as the foremost caterer in Thailand opening further units in Ko Samui, Phuket and Chiang Mai. The company further expanded to restaurants, retail and hospitality catering and manufacturing with Gourmet House and Gourmet Primo.
Airlines served by BAC include Emirates, Etihad, Oman Air and Swiss. The BKK operation boasted one of the few locations to encompass fully certified and approved Halal and Kosher production within the same operation.
