Gate Gourmet showcases Iryo culinary experiences at Fitur 2024
Gate Gourmet led several culinary workshops at the Iryo booth
Gate Gourmet presented its culinary creations for Spanish high-speed train brand Iryo at the International Tourism Fair (Fitur) in Madrid last week.
Gate Gourmet has been catering Iryo since it began operations in November 2022. Gate Gourmet has since developed a distinctive gastronomic identity for the brand, creating personalized culinary experiences for passenger by combining the flavours of Spain with innovations. The pillars of the identity are based on Spanish culinary heritage, customization and sustainability.

At Iryo's stand at the exhibition, Gate Gourmet offered different menus and tapas that are currently part of the onboard menu, including a barista serving beverages. Gate Gourmet also led several culinary workshops as well as a cooking show, including dessert. Tastings and masterclaases were arranged by supplier partners such as Gonzalez Byass, Ametller chocolates, Bacardà cocktails and Mahou beer which brought in a sommelier.
