AMI Group announces VP staffing updates

AMI Group has announced two changes to its team to meet evolving industry demand. Andrea Pratt will lead a recently created team as the Vice President, Quality and Compliance for both food and wine manufacturing partners. The change comes as the company seeks to address robust food safety and quality requirements, putting more emphasis on quality, food safety and compliance with its suppliers.
Pratt has been with AMI Group since 2009, serving as a commercial lead for the American Airlines account, Director of Product Development and, most recently, Vice President of Commercial Relief and Sourcing.
Chef Matt Farrell will expand his area of responsibilities to include food sourcing and product development. He joined the company in 2023 as the Vice President, Culinary Innovation and Development. Farrell is currently in the process of hiring a Director of Food Sourcing to add to the team.
“Andrea and Chef Matt look forward to partnering with our fantastic portfolio of suppliers as we move into 2024,” the company said.
