Cuisine Solutions serves up culinary creations at IFSA EXPO 2023

Cuisine Solutions was a popular stop for delegates, attendees and fellow exhibitors alike at this year's IFSA EXPO in Long Beach. Serving up demonstrations of its Sous Vide creations and other culinary masterpieces, Cuisine Solutions offered selections throughout the two-day event.

PAX International stopped by the booth on the first morning of the event to learn more about the breakfast being served.

Cuisine Solutions' Chia Pudding

Made in Thailand with healthy chia seeds and coconut cream direct from the farm, the Cuisine Solutions Chia Pudding is a naturally sweet and decidedly decadent base for a breakfast bowl with fresh fruit or a parfait with fruit compotes. For IFSA, it was with raspberry whipped cream and peach compote.

Vegetable Frittata and and Blueberry Oatmeal Bite by Cuisine Solutions

The Vegetable Frittatas are a baked egg delight studded with potatoes, peppers, herbs and cheese.

The Blueberry Oatmeal Bites are a portable take on a classic breakfast. Lightly sweetened steel-cut oatmeal Sous Vide cooked with dried blueberries & topped with granola for a bit of crunch.

The Bruschetta Squares have a satisfying bread-like texture

Bruschetta Squares are the light and airy version of the classic Sous Vide egg, with eggs taking the place of bread for a gluten-free warm, open faced tomato basil and cheese.
