Hobart highlights machines for every need ahead of iba trade fair
HOBART will showcase its products at iba, the Munich-based trade show for the baking and confectionery industry
Attending the iba in Munich this year, a trade fair for the baking and confectionery industry running October 22 to 26, HOBART is highlighting its machines for every need.
The brand will display its entry-level brand ecomax by HOBART along with its recognizable machines ideal for baking enterprises, its large flight-type dishwashing system and solutions for reusable cups and dishes.
Cleaning solutions for reusable cups and dishes
Since January 1, most German food resellers have to offer reusable dishes for their customer’s take-away food and drinks. Not only restaurateurs, but also members of the baking industry.
"The HOBART experts know what is important when it comes to hygienic dishwashing and have developed a wide range of washing and drying solutions for every need. In order to achieve an optimal wash results, the rack system and chemicals must be coordinated," reads the September 12 press release.
From the small undercounter dishwasher to the large flight-type dishwashing system, with integrated or external drying, the company has a deep understanding of reusable containers and is available to the industry with guidance and support, HOBART said.
At the iba, HOBART will be showing the FX and FP undercounter dishwashers with built-in top-dry technology in a live demonstration in direct comparison. Detergents for plastic, specially developed rack systems such as the reusable cup washing rack or the bottle rinsing system complete the range.
