Newrest catering Virgin Atlantic's return to South Africa
Virgin Atlantic operates 787 service from London to Johannesburg
Newrest will be catering the roll-out of operations for Virgin Atlantic in Southern Africa.
On Oct 19, Newrest South Africa, started catering services to Virgin Atlantic in Johannesburg. On the Johannesburg to London route, Virgin Atlantic operates commercial flights with a 787 aircraft, five days in the week. The other two days of the week, the airline operates cargo flights.
Newrest South Africa provides a menu in all three classes: Upper Class, Premium Economy and Economy Class.
Virgin Atlantic has also confirmed that their London – Cape Town route will start operating three times week, on December 10 with Newrest’s Cape Town facility providing the catering services.
