JAL releases fall meal lineup
Japan Airlines (JAL) today announced new autumn menus on its international flights from September 1. Highlights include a classic fricassee dish in Premium Economy and Economy Class.
JAL will continue to serve its AIR Yoshinoya Authentic Beef Bowl on JAL`s long-haul international flights featuring carefully selected ingredients to produce a tasty Yoshinoya beef bowl.
JAL`s original inflight snack will be renewed with a mixture of rice crackers, almonds, and Japanese bean confectionaries. The new colorful packages express the four seasons of Japan and are designed with the image of an origami crane.
The carrier will be welcoming five young chefs from RED U-35, Japan’s largest culinary competition for chefs under the age of 35, to collaborate on meals for JAL`s Premium Economy and Economy class passengers.
