Delta Dailyfood and Fleury Michon become Fleury Michon Airline Catering
The catering division of Fleury Michon, based in Europe, and their subsidiary Delta Dailyfood, based in North America, are rebranding to become Fleury Michon Airline Catering. With more than 30 million meals served annually on flights departing from Europe and North America, Fleury Michon Airline Catering is a key player in airline catering.
Together, their global network of talented Chefs will develop a wide range of tailor-made culinary solutions for First, Business and Economy classes, with the underlying goal of helping people eat better when traveling.
Fleury Michon Airline Catering is also collaborating with renowned Chefs to develop signature dishes for Business Class and buy-on-board menus. Canadian Chef Daniel Vézina will be presenting his creations at WTCE on April 10th from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m at stand 4E83.
