Expliseat unveiled the TiSeat S at AIX 2026, a family of Business Class seats, bringing the company's titanium and carbon fiber technology into the Business Class segment.
TiSeat S is designed to deliver up to 40 percent lower weight, compared with current industry standards, significantly reducing the total cost of ownership for airlines, while maintaining the robustness and reliability required to support long-term fleet value. Targeting E-Jets and CRJs in its first application, the seat enables airlines to unlock a new balance between premium comfort and operational efficiency, where weight savings directly support enhanced passenger experience and product differentiation.
“TiSeat S brings a new level of performance to Business Class," said Amaury Barberot, Chief Executive Officer, Expliseat. “Business Class travelers expect a seamless and elevated experience across their entire journey. With TiSeat S, we apply our proven lightweight technology to deliver a premium product that combines comfort, efficiency, and consistency across aircraft platforms.”
The seat family is designed to scale seamlessly to single-aisle aircraft, including A320 and 737 families, as well as integrating extended-range features such as IFE and enhanced passenger amenities.
