The Falcon long range Economy seat from Mirus Aircraft Seating

Mirus Aircraft Seating unveiled its new Falcon long range Economy seat at this year’s Aircraft Interiors Expo, meaning Mirus can now offer an Economy seat solution in every aircraft category.

Suitable for single and twin aisle long range aircraft including A321XLR, A330, A350 and 737MAX and 787, Falcon combines the now customary Mirus features of a best-in-class weight with truly exceptional levels of passenger living space and comfort, making it a compelling option for airlines looking for a fully-featured long range economy seat.

Initially available for retrofit, and with line-fit optionality underway with major airframer manufacturers, Falcon features include a generous 27-degree recline, articulated seat pan and fully integrated 13-inch large screen IFE options.

Marcus Williams, Mirus’s Sales & Marketing Director said, “Having had the opportunity to show Falcon behind closed doors to a select group of airlines, OEM and industry experts during the last two Expos, we’ve listened to the feedback from those who will actually use the seat. We’re now confident we’re launching the best seat in it is class, and based on early feedback of the final design expect it to really challenge the more established seats that are available now. With airlines across the board telling us that they desperately want new seat options to consider in this segment, we’re excited to see how it can disrupt the marketplace and drive Mirus’ growth further. Of course, airlines can expect the refreshing Mirus approach to customer, aftersales and spares support that sets us apart in our market.”

The Falcon will be available to view at AIX 2025 in Hamburg at Stand 6A70.
