The R3 long-range economy class seat offers an improved living space for passengers, providing enhanced legroom and ergonomic support, while being nearly two kilograms lighter than its predecessor.

In addition, the R4 premium class seat showcases a lightweight design, reducing weight by up to 10 percent in the baseline configuration. Featuring the distinctive RECARO design language with a unique single-plate table, the R4 optimizes cabin space and passenger comfort with privacy features like backrest-mounted wings and personal stowage compartments.

Targeting the aircraft leasing transition market, the R2 SPRINT marks the launch of the successor to the BL3530 SPRINT, while ensuring availability within eight weeks from purchase order placement to delivery. Set to replace the existing BL3530 SPRINT from Q3 2025, the R2 SPRINT offers a weight reduction of more than 15 percent while improving overall comfort and design.

Sustainability remains an important focus at RECARO Aircraft Seating. This year, two qualified sustainable seat features, the fishing net literature pocket and recycled cable plates, are integrated directly into the economy class seats R1 and R2, moving beyond mere demonstrations and concept ideas.
