In the Customer Service category, MHR Kunststofftechnik GmbH was selected for rits competitive lead times and excellent overall customer support ensuring that every customer request was attainable.

Additionally, Yantai Aikai Tianlong Moulding Plastics Co., Ltd received the Production Material award for its commitment to cost reduction without compromising quality, and for its efficient processes and timely responses that positively impacted delivery performance throughout the year. Finalists in this category included Covertex d.o.o and ETW Wollmershauser GmbH.

The award for Non-Production Material was given to Sure Personal Management GmbH, which offered staffing solutions that streamlined processes and reduced administrative burdens which allowed the RECARO teams the ability to focus on the core of the business.

“As we continue on our path of sustainability and growth, partnerships with like-minded collaborators are key. These relationships ensure we meet our customers’ wishes in a timely and sustainable manner, solidifying our market leadership position with economy class seating solutions next to our further steps into business class,” said Mark Hiller, CEO of RECARO Aircraft Seating and RECARO Holding.

“Thank you to all our suppliers for attending the conference and showing your unwavering dedication for quality, service, and sustainability in the industry. Your support in our production ramp-up, along with your flexibility and reliability as partners, has been invaluable. It’s our combined efforts that make a difference to our customers and their passengers,” said Roland Grimm EVP Supply Chain and Sustainability.
