Cebu Pacific launches A330neo with Recaro seating
Recaro Aircraft Seating SL3710 is will be on Cebu Pacific Air’s (Cebu Pacific) first A330neo.
Through the end of 2025, a total of 16 A330neo aircraft will be delivered to the Philippines-based airline, seating 459 passengers on each aircraft.
The Cebu Pacific A330neo has high-density seating arrangement, which enables it to serve nearly 500 Economy Class passengers each flight. The seat follows the successful SL3510 and is equipped with a USB charging outlets for each passenger.
“We are pleased to see our new SL3710 finally taking off on Cebu Pacific’s new A330neo aircraft,” said Dr. Mark Hiller, CEO and Shareholder at RECARO Aircraft Seating in today’s announcement. “The ergonomically designed seat not only enhances comfort but the lightweight structure also supports Cebu Pacific’s sustainability goals.”
“We are delighted to extend our partnership with Recaro to our new A330neo and have it subsequently rolled out on our new A320neo and A321neo aircraft,” added Mark Cezar, Deputy Chief Finance Officer at Cebu Pacific Air.
Cebu Pacific currently serves 33 domestic and 13 international destinations with its fleet of 74 aircraft.
