ABC International and JSD Corporation signed an MoU during MRO Asia-Pacific 2026 in Singapore
ABC International Srl and JSD Corporation Pte Ltd have announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which took place during MRO Asia-Pacific 2026 in Singapore. The agreement lays the foundation for a joint venture focused on aircraft cabin interiors and marks a significant step in ABC International’s expansion across the Asia Pacific region.
The partnership will combine ABC International’s aircraft cabin design and production capabilities with JSD Corporation’s extensive aviation experience, regional market knowledge and established relationships with airlines and lessors. By bringing these strengths together and thanks to a local presence, the companies aim to offer customers in Asia Pacific greater access to high-quality cabin interior solutions with shorter delivery times.
