Latitude Aero SkyPaxx Interiors Repairs are now Latitude Interiors Group

Latitude Aero, LLC (Latitude Aero) and SkyPaxxx Interior Repairs, LLC (SkyPaxxx) have merged to form Latitude Interiors Group, combining their expertise to provide comprehensive cabin interior solutions for airlines, MROs and lessors worldwide.

Latitude Aero specializes in seat, sidewall panel and overhead bin repair and refurbishment, delivering reliable and cost-effective interior solutions with a global reach.

Guided by a customer-first philosophy, SkyPaxxx Interior Repairs offers seat, galley and lavatory overhauls, repairs and modifications, as well as component repair and spares support, along with soft goods and component manufacturing. The company is also recognized for its award-winning SkyTiles® carpet, a sustainable flooring solution that reduces waste and lowers replacement costs.

Together, Latitude Aero and SkyPaxxx form a full-service cabin interior network capable of managing projects from minor repairs to complete cabin overhauls, the October 20 press release said. With locations in North Carolina and Florida, the group can provide faster turnaround, broader reach and the combined expertise of two industry leaders under a single, unified brand.

Commenting on the merger, Rick Lockhart, CEO of Latitude Interiors Group, said, “This is an incredibly exciting day for our customers and our team. By bringing together two outstanding companies, we’re combining our strengths to deliver truly comprehensive aircraft interior solutions — from the flight deck to the aft galley, and from floor to ceiling. More importantly, this merger creates tremendous opportunities for our people to grow and thrive. It is the first step toward realizing our vision of becoming the most complete aftermarket aircraft interior services company in the world.”

The merger was facilitated by Banbury Private Capital, which acquired Latitude Aero in June 2024 and SkyPaxxx in September 2025 as part of its strategy to build a global leader in aircraft interiors.

Langdon Holzman, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Banbury Private Capital, said, “Merging Latitude Aero and SkyPaxxx is a key step in building the industry’s premier platform for aircraft interior refurbishment. We are proud to back two exceptional teams united by a shared commitment to quality, innovation, and customer focus.”

As the companies integrate under the Latitude Interiors Group banner, both teams remain focused on delivering a seamless experience for clients, partners and employees, the press release said.
