The completion of this work at HAECO’s base maintenance facility at Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) is a testament to the longstanding partnership between the two parties. “HAECO has been an important business partner for our 747-8F operation," said Richard Rolland, Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Air Worldwide. "Their technical expertise has been integral in maintaining the overall reliability of our fleet and Atlas Air's ability to handle complex missions around the world." HAECO offers Atlas Air a range of maintenance services including regular A-checks, intermediate C-checks, and heavy D-checks. Its team of dedicated engineers also conducts structural maintenance visits tailored to Atlas Air’s specific operational requirements, the press release said. The partnership extends beyond the 747-8F to include other aircraft types such as the 747-400 and 777F. “We are proud to commemorate the redelivery of our 150th 747-8F aircraft to Atlas Air. The efficient and reliable maintenance of their fleet over the past 17 years are the result of hard work, dedication and expertise of the entire HAECO team,” said Gerald Steinhoff, Chief Commercial Officer of HAECO. “Milestones of this magnitude would not be possible without the strong collaboration and trust between our organizations.
