JETMS Completions acquires Waypoint Aerotec

Aircraft interior and exterior completions company JETMS Completions has acquired Waypoint Aerotec, a certified Design Organization.
With this acquisition, JETMS Completions will now possess UK CAA Part 21J Approval, enabling the company to offer structural modifications, avionics, and in-flight entertainment (IFE) system upgrades, as well as streamline and expedite the certification processes, increasing the company’s efficiency.
Waypoint STC 10073186 enables JETMS completions to offer an Off-The-Shelf solution for all Embraer Phenom 300 (EMB-505) Operators & Owners – Replacement of Passenger Seat Cushion Covers and Foams.

Terms of the acquisition have not been released.
