Perrone acquired by Adhetec
Adhetec has acquired Perrone as it seeks to expand its market solutions for the transportation sector.
Headquartered in Tarbes, France, Adhetec provides self-adhesive solutions for the transportation industry, and was responsible for the livery decofoils on an Etihad 787 promoting the airline’s partnership with the latest Mission Impossible film.
US-based Perrone is a provider of interior fabrics for both rail and aviation. It’s Perrone Aerospace division designs and manufactures performance aviation leathers and textiles.

Financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
