The Japan Airlines First Class Lounge reopened today in the international terminal of Haneda Airport as part of an update of Sakura Lounges that started in March.

The design features Japanese tradition in a modern way. Food is prepared in a live Teppan-yaki style. There is a shoeshine service and wall painting art created by master of Japanese plasterer.  Ryu Kosaka, a prominent interior designer from Japan, put together a concept of modern Japanese style, to create diverse, yet tranquil spaces.

Teppan dining is a freshly cooked offering. It includes specially made pancakes, Black Berkshire pork and Japanese black beef hamburger steak with JAL original sauce.

JAL is collaborated with John Lobb to provide shoeshine service in Red Suite’s Library room in JAL First Class lounge.
