SSP opens stylish brasserie at Arlanda
Himmel & Hav (which means Sky & Sea) will serve brasserie classics such as steak tartar. This is complemented by an extensive list of wines, many available by the glass.
Himmel & Hav is 540 square meters, and decorated in natural woods and leather.
“Himmel & Hav is ideal for travellers who want to pop in for a quick bite to eat while they recharge their phone,” said a release from SSP. “As well as those who want to enjoy a drink at the bar, relax in the calm of the lounge, or sit down to a meal in the dining area.
"Travellers are expecting to find a good place to enjoy a good meal or work when they travel,” said Roel Huinink, Managing Director of Arlanda Schiphol Development Company. “With the introduction of the Brasserie Himmel & Hav in the new Terminal 2, serving delicious food and with its contemporary design, we inspire our travellers to enjoy their time at our airport.”
