Freshii and SSP opened the newest Canadian location of the healthy food chain, and first airport stop at Toronto Pearson International Airport’s Terminal 3.

Freshii is a staple in offices, film sets and dining rooms in Toronto, Vancouver, Chicago, Los Angeles and overseas. With more than 70 fresh, colorful and nutritious ingredients, dressings, and 20 new chef-designed menu items, there is a breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack option for almost every dietary need.

“Working with our partners at Toronto Pearson, together, we realized that Freshii was a perfect fit for this public demand – offering affordable, quick and convenient fresh food that caters to numerous dietary preferences. Freshii has gained customer loyalty in over 80 stores worldwide and will no doubt gain the same loyalty with travelers worldwide too,” said Pat Carroll, Vice President of Brands and Concepts of SSP America.

Freshii is also on a mission to educate others on how they can be eco-friendly in their everyday life with its “Mission Green”.  Freshii outlets use recyclable post-consumer packaging, biodegradable bowls and recycled napkins.

Freshii's is expanding rapidly with 100 locations open and under development in seven countries and more than 20 cities worldwide in 2013.

While working in New York City, Founder Matthew Corrin frequented the many corner delis on his lunch breaks. Corrin create a model to eliminate the excuse that people don't eat well because there's nothing convenient or affordable. Freshii opened its first store in Toronto in 2005 met by massive lines.
