Japan Airlines will launch favorite menus from past years for its fall service starting September 1.

Onboard JAL's routes to Hawaii will be the “Ore-no Kinaishoku for Resort” autumn menu. Also for fall will be the 14th installment of its Air Yoshinoya series for Premium Economy and Economy Class on select international routes.

The Ore-no Kinaishoku menu will be served from Tokyo (Narita), Osaka (Kansai) and Nagoya (Chubu) to Honolulu through November 30. The Ore-no Kinaishoku will be created in “Ore-no Italian” and “Ore-no French.” It has been in Economy Class on Hawaii routes since September 2013. The newest addition of the service has been developed by Chefs Yuji Endo and Daisuke Okazaki. The menu consists of a combination of French cuisine for main dish and Italian cuisine for side dish on one tray. In the autumn menu, the main dish will be created by Endo, and the side dish will be introduced by Okazaki.

On the menu will be Boeuf Bourguignon, Ore-no style an Ore-no Appetizer Ricotta Cheese & Smoked Trout Canapé Ore-no Salad with Truffle-flavored Dressing and Ore-no Dessert Caramel pudding and milky cream sandwich

Air Yoshinoya is a collaboration between JAL and Yoshinoya. Founded in Tokyo in 1899, Yoshinoya has grown to become a popular Japanese restaurant chain that also has an extensive global presence.

The Air Yoshinoya products will be served from Tokyo (Narita) to nine cities in North America, Europe and Australia and from Tokyo (Haneda) to London and Paris.
