Flying Food Group gains experience on Dreamliner

Flying Food Group (FFG) began catering ANA’s, five-times-weekly 787 Dreamliner service between San Jose and Tokyo Narita on January 11.  

ANA is catered at San Jose by Flying Food Group's unit in nearby San FranciscoCatering support has been provided to San Jose by Flying Food Group’s unit at San Francisco International Airport, using specially equipped trucks and the caterer’s Remote Operations Model process.

Flying Food’s Seattle unit also caters daily Dreamliner flights to Tokyo/Narita for ANA. When this service launched in September, it was the first commercial Dreamliner service in the United States.

Additionally, under its special contract to cater delivery flights of Boeing’s new aircraft to required destinations, Flying Food Group Seattle has successfully catered Dreamliner VIP flights for United Airlines, Lot Polish Airlines and Qatar Airways.
