TAAG Angola Airlines and AirFi sign IFE partnership agreement

AirFi's streaming technology enables passengers to access content onboard using any Wi-Fi enabled mobile device
TAAG Angola Airlines has entered into a partnership with AirFi to deploy AirFi’s portable streaming inflight entertainment solution (IFE) across the airline’s mixed fleet of long-haul and regional aircraft.
Together, the partners aim to enhance the digital journey for TAAG Angola passengers by delivering modern inflight entertainment services, which they can access easily using their own Wi-Fi-enabled devices.
TAAG Angola Airlines operates a diverse fleet spanning regional, medium- and long-haul aircraft, including A220s, 737s, 777s and 787 Dreamliners, as well as Dash 8 turboprops, requiring this deployment to outfit a variety of aircraft IFE in a short period.
Laura Rösges, CEO of AirFi, added, “We are proud to support TAAG Angola Airlines in enhancing its inflight offering. TAAG’s bold, future-focused approach is perfectly aligned with our mission to transform how passengers connect and engage in the air."
