Iberia Express, Immfly screen Oscar-nominated content
Iberia Express screened Bohemian Rhapsody on its route between Madrid and Copenhagen and on its return
Just a few days ahead of the Oscars Awards Ceremony, Iberia Express surprised passengers on its Madrid-Copenhagen-Madrid flight with a special film screening complete with complimentary popcorn.
Bohemian Rhapsody, one of the favorites for the Oscars 2019 with five nominations, was the chosen film for this flight in which passengers were gifted with headphones, disposable stands to support their viewing devices while they watched the film -- and tubs of popcorn.
This debut welcomed the blockbuster as one of the latest films available free of charge on Club Express Onboard, the inflight entertainment platform provided by Immfly. The platform’s Movie Channel offers a wide variety of premieres in multiple languages including Spanish, English, and French.
The airline’s Immfly system has been a popular feature. The continual updating of Club Express Onboard is reflected in the airline’s latest satisfaction surveys. A significant share of respondents (31.6%) give the platform a top score of 8, 9 or 10 out of 10, and are considered “Platform Lovers.”
