Viasat and SpaceX announce successful ViaSat-3 F3 launch

Viasat and SpaceX have announced the successful launch of ViaSat-3 F3 from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The launch took place today with the satellite aboard a SpaceX Falcon heavy rocket.
ViaSat-3 F3 has now begun its journey to geostationary orbit, 22,236 miles (35,786 km) above Earth. It is designed to add more than one Terabits per second Ka-band capacity to Viasat's network over the Asia-Pacific region when it comes into service later this year.
