Description:  The Bake Factory is proud to introduce its new ‘pots,’ which were served during the VIP lunches at this year’s WTCE in Hamburg. The pots are comprised of five different dishes: macaroni and triple cheese, chicken curry, Moroccan meatballs, tender British beef in a rich ale gravy and sweet potato and lentil bake. The macaroni & triple cheese pot has a rich béchamel sauce with mozzarella, parmesan and mature cheddar cheese seasoned with oregano and mustard, with a parsley crumb topping. The chicken curry is cooked in a tikka masala sauce with caramelized onion, tomato, coriander, lime pickle and mango chutney, and served with garlic naan bread. The Moroccan meatballs are created using Halal beef cooked in a rich Moroccan sauce with red peppers, dates, onions, cinnamon and harissa served with a za’atar flatbread. The tender British beef in a rich ale gravy with mushrooms and onions is topped with a rosemary and horseradish dumpling. The sweet potato & lentil bake is complemented with spinach and Cornish gouda, seasoned with fenugreek and topped with pumpkin seeds.
