Correction
The story on Bangkok Air Catering in the March/April issue of PAX International, Page 16, incorrectly stated that the Halal compliant portion is the smaller of the unit’s two kitchen areas. The unit actually has a Halal certified kitchen which represents the largest part of the kitchen, and a non-Halal area which is restricted to only pork and alcohol products. PAX International apologizes for the mistake, and any confusion it may have caused.
