Alpha LSG’s LHR team honored by Beijing Capital Airlines

Alpha LSG’s London-Heathrow (LHR) operation has been named Beijing Capital Airlines’ Best Inflight Services agency and received a special global award in recognition for service provided to the airline during 2019.
“This is a prestigious award that Beijing Capital present once a year which not only recognises food quality but is also about efficiency and customer service, and is based on the feedback that we receive from our customers,” said Jiyu Fan, Beijing Capital Station Manager. “The results of Alpha LSG’s efforts are much appreciated and this award reflects that quality and performance.”
Annette Sandom, Alpha LSG’s Operations Director LHR, added: “I want to say what a pleasure it is to continue to service Beijing Capital and how delighted we are with this award, which is very special to us and all the people involved in catering your flights.”
Members of Alpha LSG’s Beijing Capital team including Chinese chefs, led by Head Chinese Chef Siew Yoong, and some of the Alpha LSG logistics crew looked on as Fan presented the award to Account Manager Syed Hasan.
Alpha LSG provides inflight service to two weekly Beijing Capital Airlines flights out of London-Heathrow to Qingdao in China’s eastern Shandong Province. The route has been operating since November 2017 and during the summer months a third flight is also catered for the airline, which is part of the HNA Group.
