SAUDIA Bistro service begins on flights to Madrid

By Rachel Debling

SAUDIA's three-course Economy Class meal service, "Bistro by SAUDIA," has begun on the airline's flights to Madrid.

In August 2018, the onboard offering debuted on the carrier's flights to Paris, London and Manchester, though it had been available experimentally since April 2017.

With Bistro, multi-course meals are served in stages. The service includes a variety of appetizers, entrees, snacks and pastries. In addition, treats such as Arabic coffee, dates and ice cream will be served.

The menu is inspired by global cuisines with new options like Greek yogurt with dried fruits, boiled pears with almond custard, Caprice lasagna, dates, pure mint tea and more.
