MAC Interiors tackles Med-View cabin modification
MAC Interiors is preparing to release Nigerian carrier Med-View Airlines’ Boeing 767 aircraft with full cabin modifications. MAC has successfully served as a total technical care partner to Med-View, making every spot throughout the aircraft, inside and out, airworthy.
The project started with a galley refurbishment. Med-View identified the potential to amplify the scope of the project and expanded it to finish cabin modifications, covering full concept design and many updates and installations throughout the aircraft. Magnetic MRO design and production teams supplied soft furnishing and modified the interior kits.
“This is a benchmark project for MAC Interiors to emphasize our umbrella brand’s ‘Total Technical Care’ attitude,” said Rubin Flower, VP of Sales at MAC, in a March 6 press release. “This has been a very exciting and educating challenge for us, [and] the significance of such an experience is immeasurable. We certainly are looking forward to similar business in the near future as we will apply our experience and knowledge from the whole project.”
Med-View’s CEO, Alhaji Muneer Bankole, also commented: “We are delighted to team up with MAC Interiors and fully satisfied with their service quality that truly enhanced our cabin. We are about to conclude a long-term collective agreement and looking forward to working together again for future projects.”
