SSP Asia Pacific wins £47 million contract at Australia’s HBA
SSP Asia Pacific has secured a contract to run five new restaurants and cafes at Hobart International Airport in Tasmania. The contract, valued at £47 million (US$67 million), will run for nine years, and makes SSP the sole food and beverage operator at the airport.
Hobart International Airport is about to undergo a significant redevelopment and SSP are working closely with developers to create outlets that reflect the culture and heritage of Australia, and the very best of Tasmanian food and drink.

SSP is currently operating some temporary outlets at the airport until the terminal is refurbished in 2016.
