Hudsons Coffee opens new outlet at Brisbane International

By Tanya Filippelli

Hudsons Coffee has become the newest outlet to open at Brisbane International Airport as part of its recent AUS$45m (US$42m) redevelopment.

Located on level 3 of the airport’s airside departure zone, the new Hudsons Coffee outlet has been integrated into the iconic clock tower situated in the terminal.

“We are delighted with our new look store," said Adam Summerville, managing director for Hudsons Coffee. "We have worked closely with Brisbane Airport Corporation to align our brand values with the essence of Brisbane to now launch and showcase a great retail outlet. What’s more, we have extensively used Queensland stone and wood to provide a unique and customized ambience in-store.”

Hudsons Coffee is owned and operated by Emirates Leisure Australia, a subsidiary of the Emirates Group. Each store serves a wide selection of hand crafted premium coffees and a range of sweet and savory food, all prepared by fully trained baristas.
