New coffee outlet at PIT

By Rick Lundstrom

Concourse A at Pittsburgh International Airport is now home for Green Beans Coffee Company's new outpost at the AIRMALL®.

In addition to made-to-order drinks, Green Beans offers breakfast items, fresh baked goods, specialty sandwiches, salads, fruit smoothies and snacks.

"We're proud of the quality coffee and cafe offerings available to travelers at the AIRMALL at PIT, and welcome Green Beans Coffee as another distinctive and unique option for travelers looking for a great cup of Joe or a fresh and fast bite to eat," said Jay Kruisselbrink, Senior Vice President for AIRMALL USA. "Travelers can not only enjoy premium coffee, tea and meal options at Green Beans, they can feel good knowing that a portion of their purchases will help support our nation's troops."

Headquartered in San Rafael, California, Green Beans Coffee owns and operates cafes at military posts throughout the Middle East, Southwest Asia, Japan and Africa. Domestically, the company's cafes and Green Beans Coffee Osterias™ can be found in airports, street-side locations and on military bases from New York to Hawaii. A portion of every sale at all Green Beans locations is donated to military charities.

Green Beans Coffee will host "Snowball Sunday" and donate 10% of every Sunday's net proceeds from its PIT location to Snowball Express, a national charity that cares for the children of the USA’s fallen veterans.
